Valenciaport Foundation and Telefónica Open Future have launched the II Valenciaport Hackaton, an event that will take place from 6th to 8th May framed in the context of the New Innovation Hub and which consists of achieving solutions to make ports more intelligent, more resilient and greener.
Not only Valenciaport Foundation and Telefónica take part in this event but Cosco Shipping Lines, member of the INGENIOUS Consortium, will sponsor and support the participants. Companies, startups, entrepreneurs and students will have 3 days to develop innovative solutions for the 4 challenges of the event that aim to prevent human errors through AI; the decarbonisation of the supply chain; the optimisation of the containers’ distribution; and the creation of links between port and citizens under the commitment of the United Nation’s SDGs.
The II Valenciaport Hackathon will concede a 3000 euros prize to the winner and a 1000 euros prize to the second classified. The deadline for registrations is 24th April.
